deepen your study

HAUS Yoga School is a Yoga Alliance registered 200 hour training program designed to meet each student where they are. Whether you are looking to teach, deepen your knowledge and understanding of yoga, or simply experience community and engage in self study, this program is for you.
Our program will prepare you to teach, but more importantly, expand your knowledge of yourself and the practice of yoga.
Areas of study include: yoga history and philosophy (key texts including The Bhagavad Gita and The Yoga Sutras), yoga anatomy, daily practice including asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath work), and meditation, teaching methodology, the art of assisting, the business of yoga, and exposure to various forms of practice including power vinyasa, Ashtanga, restorative, yin and yoga Nidra.
